A route from driver location to customer location to customer destination is created and the customer is able to keep track of their cab throughout this route.
Instant notifications are sent to the customer to alert them about which driver has accepted their request and what car (model, registration number) they are driving.

Invoicing details appear on both customer phone and driver phone as soon as driver ends trip so that a fair and transparent transaction can be settled.
There are no security risks relating to transactions as settlement is in cash and Hello Cabs does not collect customer personal details except contact number.
